Women’s Matchup between the GP Wolves and TKU Eagles.

The first half was won by the wolves, as they opened the game and immediately started to pressure the Eagles defense and were able to get chance after chance, eventually putting in 3 goals to establish and hold their lead. 2 of their goals scored by #16 Isabella Ziebart, and another scored by #3 Arianna Payne. Although the Wolves had the lead, this didn't stop the Eagles from scoring one of their own, #10 striker Gabbie Rocque chipped the keeper to keep the Eagles in the game.

The second half started out completely reversed, the Eagles won the press and wanting to score, and #10 Gabbie Rocque was able to push through the defense and score another for Kings. The Wolves quickly responded to this with a goal of their own, put in by #13 Shenae Connell to continue their lead 4-2. The Eagles fought hard to win this game and came extremely close as #6 Taylor Hrycun scored not 1, but 2 goals back-to-back to put the game at even, 4-4. This intense game, unfortunately, did not finish with a winner, but what a match!

Congratulations to our eight graduating players!
