The Home Opener for the Keyano Women's Soccer Team at Shell Place was a rousing success, with the Huskies coming out on top against the visiting Portage Voyageurs. With a final score of 11 - 0 in the favour of the Huskies. 

Huskies #7 Emma Bendera recorded a hat-trick (7', 20', 61') starting with the game's opening goal.
However, #11 Amber Deep led the match with 5 points, 2 goals (67', 80') and 3 assists.   

The Home Hardware Player of the Game were well known to each other as they are sisters!
