EDMONTON AB – Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) played host to the visiting Keyano Huskies. In this windy, second last game of the season the Concordia Thunder took down the Huskies in a 5-0 victory. The Thunder improved their season record to 5-2-2, which is good enough for second place. The Vikings are going into the last game of the season with a 1-7-1 record.

CUE opened up the scoring in the 27th minute of play by #14 Rebecca Leavell, the goal ended up being the game winning goal as one was only needed for the win. The first half ended with a 2-0 lead for the host team.

Tomorrow the Vikings are hoping to finish the season strong with a win against Kings College. The Thunder will be hoping to solidify their second place finish with a win against first place NAIT.
