Olds hands Medicine Hat a 4-0 loss in the snow

On a cold Sunday afternoon with snow flakes falling for most of the game, the Olds College Broncos travelled to Medicine Hat to take on the Rattlers in women's ACAC soccer action.  Felicia Rodney opened the scoring late in the first half for the Broncos making it 1-0 at halftime.  Two more strikes by Rodney had the Broncos up 3-0 after 56 minutes.  Katharina Oelterman closed out the scoring from the penalty spot for a 4-0 Broncos win.  Although the scoreline favoured the Broncos, both teams had chances throughout the match.  With the win, the Broncos move into third place in the ACAC South Division with a 4-3-1 record.  The loss sends the young Rattlers to 1-6-1 on their season.  the player of the game for Olds was #9 Felicia Rodney and for Medicine Hat it was #7 Kayleigh Hole.
