Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference "To be Canada's premiere collegiate athletic conference by developing and inspiring leadership through excellence in academics, sport and citizenship"

Let it snow?

Intermittent snow fall during the first half of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) women's soccer game between host Keyano College Huskies and Grande Prairie Regional College Wolves, could not keep things from heating up in the first half at Shell Place's SMS Equipment Stadium as the two teams headed into the locker room at halftime with a 1-1 tie.

Huskies' Amanda Giesbrecht scored at 33:28 off a goal mouth scramble. Wolves' Danja Fredrickson replied at 37:22. The winner came a 53:40 with Calandra Bychyk breaking mesh.

Huskies' netminder Emma Jones stopped seven shots while her counterpart Michelle Brodeur corralled five.

Huskies Player of the Game was Giesbrecht and for the Wolves it was Madi Gillespie.
