The SAIT Trojans came to play versus the host Lakeland Rustlers, dominating the game, winning 6-0. SAIT had shots on goal early, before Deanna Kuan capitalized in the 22nd minute to give SAIT a 1-0 lead. Just minutes later Maggie Grynia found the back of the net, putting the Trojans up 2-0 and Emily Fedoriak added one more to make it a 3-0 Trojan lead at half.  In the second half, the Trojans picked up where they left off.  Chase O'Brien started the second half scoring in the 54th minute and Mataya Blakney added two more at the 64th and 83rd minutes. Rustlers goalie Danielle Blacklock made 5 saves and Amy Offredi had an easy day in net with 0 shots on goal. Player of the game for the Rustlers was #10 Danielle Lapointe and for the Trojans #17.
