Family Day Frenzy

The Ambrose Lions took on the SAIT Trojans this fine family day afternoon. The lions den was packed with people to watch futsal and to celebrate seniors night! The Lion's originally had seniors night in the soccer season but unfortunately, got snowed out.

The SAIT trojans came out strong scoring 8 goals in the first half and finishing off the second half with an even 8 as well. Foul count was low for the game which made all things run smoothly. 

Goals were scored mostly by#4 Harleen Kaur Sihgn, with 5 goals, as well as Emma Ward with 3 goals, not to far behind.

The final score was 16-0 for SAIT.

The players of the game were #4 Harleen Kaur Sihgn and for Ambrose, was our Seniors #10 Janessa Parker and #15 Makenna Mendes.

Both teams look forward to this weekend where they travel to medicine hat for south regionals!
