Lightning Strikes the Wolves

The Wolves and the Lightning had a tight start to the game. About half way through the first quarter, the Lightning got a head start, and didn't look back. The Wolves kept close though, ending the quarter at 19-31. The Lightning continued their lead in the second quarter. Makayla Porteous lead the Wolves with 5 points and Andria Stitt led the Lightning with 12 points by the end of the half; 35 Wolves, 59 Lightning. The Wolves came back strong, catching up to the Lightning for the first half of the third quarter. The Lightning and Wolves continued battling till 58-81 at the end of the third. In the final quarter of the game, the Lightning brought all the energy they had left to finish the game strong, and took the victory 101-68.
