The first quarter was tightly contested, with the Broncos biggest lead between four at 16-12 before the Vikings came back to close the quarter tied 23-23.

However, the Broncos got hot early in the second quarter, using an 11-0 run over the course of 2:29 to build up a 37-25 lead, which they largely maintained en route to a 50-40 lead headed into halftime.

UofA-Augustana started the third quarter by bringing it to within two possessions early, only for the Broncos to break out a 9-0 run over the course of 2:16 to push the advantage to 73-57 headed to the fourth, where another early 9-0 run put the game out of reach.

Olds College will next head to Edmonton for a Remembrance Day encounter with the Concordia University of Edmonton Thunder, while the Vikings are on a bye week before taking the court for their next regular season game on Nov. 18 in Calgary against the St. Mary's University Lightning.
