Lightning hang on for the win against Kodiaks

The Lightning and Kodiaks had us on the edge of our seats, both teams playing great games. In the first quarter, Lethbridge took the spotlight leading with 20-12. Into the second quarter, St. Mary's turned up the heat to close the gap. They ended the second quarter with the slight lead of 26-25. Lightning continued their lead into the third quarter with 39-36. The Kodiaks came back tightening the score for most of the last quarter and remaining in a tie with just a few seconds left. With seconds on the clock, Macyn Morning Bull takes her shot, ending the game at 59-57 with Lightning taking home the win. The players of the game were Kodiak's #4 Matlin Jacobs with 8 rebounds, 3 steals and 16 points, and Lightning's #20 Macyn Morning Bull with 12 rebounds, 1 steal and 23 points.
