Medicine Hat, AB (March 4, 2020) – The Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) is pleased to announce the student-athletes who have been selected by the Conference Coaches to the 2019-20 Women's Basketball All-Conference Teams. These awards were presented at the 2020 ACAC Women's Basketball Championship on March 4 in Medicine Hat, AB hosted by the Medicine Hat College Rattlers.
