St. Mary's Women Rebound to a Win over Olds College

Today's game feature two teams that know each other very well. It was a game that again 3 quarters of play were pretty even but St. Mary's had a better 2nd quarter outscoring their opponenst 30-11. Mainly due the defensive play of the Lightning and their mighty shooting guard Hannah Helton. 

She had 11-15 from 2 point range, 4-7 from the 3 point area and 50% from the free throw. Total for the night was 29 points. She had help from Emily Wagner with 17 points and 10 rebounds earning her a double - double for night.

The Lightning did a great job holding off the starting five for the Broncos but they had their hands full with Brittney Thibeaux. She has an amazing 14/20 from the field and had a lead high for both teams with 32 points.
