EDMONTON, ALTA. - The NAIT Ooks women's basketball team defeated the Augustana Vikings 73-71 to split the weekend series.
The Ooks' starters made a statement as Allie Hunder posted 18 points while Leah Vandenboogaard and Sydney Hurlburt added 17 each. NAIT controlled the majority of the game except for the 2nd quarter where they fell victim to foul trouble.
