Ooks win in straight sets

The NAIT Ooks travelled from Edmonton down to Medicine Hat to take on the hometown Rattlers in the Snakepit.  A matchup between two teams that have really seen each other on the court in recent years looked to battle it out.  The Ooks started quickly and took set one, 25-17.  Set two was a barn burner!  Both teams had their moments and the momentum swung from side to side.  Getting to 25 points wasn't enough for either side as the Ooks took it 28-26.  Set three saw the Ooks get in front early and they took the set 25-18 and the match three sets to zero.  The ACAC Players of the game were #10 Karter Godin from the Ooks and #15 Josh Penner from the Rattlers.  With the win, the Ooks move to 7-2 on the season while the rattlers fall to 1-8.
