CALGARY, ALTA., (Feb. 5, 2022) - In what turned out to be a slugfest, the SAIT Trojans men's volleyball team came up short.

The Trojans and Lethbridge College Kodiaks traded sets all night long, only to see the visitors come out with a 3-2 (25-22, 23-25, 25-13, 22-25, 15-8) victory in their Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) game played at SAIT's Campus Centre.

SAIT falls to 7-5, while the Kodiaks improve to 8-4.

After splitting the first four sets, the game went to a fifth and deciding set where Lethbridge College dominated from the onset.

Mitch Newman (SAIT) and Nolan Moes (Lethbridge) were named Players of the Game.

The teams will finish their weekend set Sunday afternoon at SAIT at 4pm.
