Ooks Fall To Trojans
EDMONTON, ALTA. - The (south #3) SAIT Trojans defeated the (north #2) NAIT Ooks in straight sets (25-16, 25-16, 28-26) in quarter-final action of the 2019 Sutton Place Hotel ACAC Men's Volleyball Championship.
The NAIT Ooks came out flat to begin the game, unable to piece together any momentum. SAIT Capitalized taking the first two sets in commanding fashion (25-16, 25-16). In the third set, the Ooks would attempt to find their stride with the home crowd at their back. The two teams exchanged blows down the stretch of the third set, but it was the SAIT Trojans who came out on top in extra points 28-26, taking the match 3-0.
When asked about his team's win, Trojans head coach, Sean McKay said: "They're a good team and had a great crowd tonight. I was happy to see our guys push through the rowdy atmosphere to get the win."

What's Next?
The SAIT Trojans will now advance to the semi-finals where they will face the (south #1) Lethbridge Kodiaks at 8:00 pm tomorrow. The NAIT Ooks will play the (north #4) King's Eagle at 3:00 pm.
