EDMONTON, ALTA. - The NAIT Ooks men's volleyball team defeated the Concordia Thunder in straight sets Friday night in the NAIT Gymnasium.
The Ooks came out strong winning the first set 25-22. They would carry their momentum in the second as they took the set 25-18. In the third set, NAIT would secure the victory 28-26, taking the match 3-0.
Player of the game honours went to Karter Godin for the Ooks and Ryan Teliske for the Thunder.
The two teams will now rematch tomorrow night at 8:00 pm at Concordia.
