Huskies beat Rustlers in 3

The Keyano Huskies defeated the Lakeland Rustlers in 3 sets (25-19, 25-21, 25-14) Saturday afternoon in Lloydminster.

The two teams continued their back and forth play from yesterday to start the match Saturday, with the teams playing each other nearly even early on. The Huskies took the lead midway through the set and never looked back, winning the set 25-19. The second set went back and forth for much of the set, with there being numerous good rallies between the two teams. The Huskies were able to score consecutive points when it mattered, and take the set 25-21. The Huskies came out strong to start the third set, looking to put the Rustlers away, opening up a 5-0 lead. The Huskies never looked back, as they easily won the set 25-14. 

Player of the Game for the Rustlers was #8, Evan Bonnamour. Player of the Game for the Huskies was #17, Jeff Dreger.
