Bronze medal match, LC Kodiaks vs PC Voyageurs

 Finishing third place in the round robin play the Lethbridge Kodiaks take on the fourth place Portage Voyageurs in the ACAC bronze medal match. Starting off the game we see aggression from both sides of the court. Voyageurs pressuring Kodiaks defense with a breakaway number 13 Vincent Dyck Kodiask are on the board. The Voyageurs continue with their high pressure and are able to tie the game with a pass from #7 Laiath Albu-Hamdon who gives it to #12 Braedon Farion making it 1-1. With a penalty kick from Kodiaks #22 Jaden Veluw Kodiaks got the lead. With the first half coming to an end the Voyageurs turn up the heat to see if they can get a tie game and with a goal from #2 James Ruhiga. Finishing off the first 25 minutes all tied up 2-2.

Heading into the second half we see Portage with many breakaway attempts but are unsuccessful in getting anything past Kodiaks' keeper Ethan Demers. Although Portage had dominated in shots on net in the first half Lethbridge has been able to come back and is leading in shots on net late in the second half. With a breakaway from #7 Laiath Albu-Hamdon he passes to #2 James Ruhiga who is wide open and lands on in the net to make it 3-2 for Portage. With a penalty kick from Kodiaks #22 Jaden Veluw the game is tied and after the second half we head into over time.

In the first five minutes of overtime steaks are high as both teams battle to see who can land something and with a breakaway from #7 Laiath Albu-Hamdon makes that 4-3 for Portage. In the second overtime #22 Jaden Veluw receives a penalty kick tensions are high but he lands not one but two successful kicks making that a 5-4 game for Lethbridge Kodiaks.
