Ooks erase early deficit to beat Vikings

EDMONTON, Alta. – NAIT continued their strong season, cruising to a 6-1 victory to extend their lead atop the ACAC standings.

Bouncing back from a loss in their last game, NAIT scored six unanswered goals to take control and finish the game on a strong note.

Momentum appeared to shift near the end of the first period with a goal off the faceoff, by Tyler Robertson followed by a goal ten seconds into the second period. The team would ultimately not look back from there.

The win improved NAIT's home record to 9-1 on the season and brought their record to 3-0 against the Vikings.
