The Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves welcomed the Augustana Vikings to the NWP Gym for a Saturday afternoon match.

The first quarter action begins with a basket from #11 Terrance Lennox of the NWP Wolves, immediately followed by a dunk from #20 Manny Iloka bringing the Wolves score to 4. #10 Ryan Degner of the Vikings begins the scoring for the Vikings by landing a 3-pointer. Vikings continue to score back-to-back baskets bringing the score to 4-11 with Vikings leading. A time out is called by NWP Wolves with a score of 4-15. Following the time out #20 Manny Iloka lands 1 of his free throws closing the Vikings lead to 10 points. A time out is called by the Vikings at a score of 5-16. #15 Tyler Weenink scores 2 for the Vikings following the time out. #6 Darnell Stewart lands a 3-point shot for the Wolves. The firs quarter ends with a score of 8-24.

The second quarter begins with 2 points for the Wolves by #7 Favour Adekojo. #8 Christian Liwanag shoots a 3 pointer for the Wolves bringing the score to 13-24. Wolves call a time out with a score of 16-30 with Vikings leading by 14 points. #15 Tyler Weenink shoots 2 and brings the Vikings score to 32. #13 Kujtim Ujkani drains a 3-point basket bringing the score up to 19-34. Shortly after a time out is called by the Vikings with the score remaining 19-34. The first half of the match ends with a score of 22-34 with Vikings in the lead.

Third quarter action begins with a basket from #8 Christian Liwanag of the NWP wolves. #6 Marc Parma shoots a 3 pointer for the Vikings bringing their score to 40 to the Wolves 27. #8 Christian Liwanag goes to the line for 2 free throws and lands both, the score is 33-42. #10 Ryan Degner lays up a basket continuing to extend the lead of the Vikings. #15 Tyler Weenink lays up another basket for the Vikings, scoring 18 points for the Vikings so far this game. The score is now 39-58 with the Vikings in the lead by 19. The third quarter ends with a score of 41-60.

Augustana Vikings lead the fourth quarter action with a basket by #13 Eli Schmuland. #3 Aidan Lewis of the NWP Wolves drains a 3-point shot to being the Wolves score to 44. Time out called by Vikings at 44-62. Following the time out Bruce Beddoe of NWP lands one of his free throw shots and then #23 Jonathan Gomes of the Vikings lands a 3-point shot, bringing the score to 45-65. Timeout is called by the Wolves with the score at 60-69, the Augustana lead has been brought to single digits. #8 Christian Liwanag lands 2 free throws and immediately the Vikings call a time out with a score of 62-69. Following the timeout #13 of the Vikings gets 2 more points. The Wolves call another timeout at 65-74. Vikings call a time out immediately after with 39 seconds left on the clock. The game ends with a final score of 67-78 with the Vikings victorious.
