Rustlers Vs. Huskies

The Keyano Huskies faced off with the Lakeland Rustlers this afternoon at 1pm at Lakeland College. The game got off on a slow start with both teams struggling to score until half way through the first quarter. The Lakeland Rustlers pulled away however late into the first quarter to finish it off 14-9. However, the Huskies came back to play in the second quarter with #9, Shaquille Bedminster scoring 8 of the 21 points for Keyano. The Huskies took the momentum to end the first half, 21-30 for the Huskies. The Rustlers came out with strong confidence in the third quarter to try and cut off the lead of the Huskies with points spread across the board from Riley Rathwell, Shaquai Manswell, Michael Shelast, and Shevon Noel finishing off the 3rd quarter 34-48 for Keyano. The second half was dominated by #8, Sean-Michael Clancey off the Keyano Huskies who scored 15 points in the 4th quarter to lead the Huskies to victory over the Rustlers, 63-71 for Keyano. The players of the game were #5, Shaquai Manswell of the Rustlers and #8 Sean-Michael Clancey off the Huskies.
