Wyatt Bishop, Medicine Hat Rattlers, Men's Golf
ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Medicine Hat College Rattlers Athletics nominates golfer Wyatt Bishop for this week’s ACAC Athlete of the Week. Wyatt recently competed in the 2025 CCAA Ping National Golf Championship presented by Davis GMC Buick and played great golf leading to an individual Silver Medal in the competition.
Wyatt had a strong season in ACAC competitions and the ACAC Conference Championships but saved his best performance for CCAA Nationals. With rounds of 72 – day 1, 67 – day 2, 70 – day 3 and 68 on day 4 for a four-round total of 277, he finished 2 shots behind the leader for a CCAA Golf Nationals Silver Medal and a CCAA All-Canadian.
Medicine Hat College, Rattlers Athletics and Dessert Blume Golf Club are all extremely proud of Wyatt for his performance. He played some great golf in uncomfortable weather conditions, and Wyatt represented MHC and Rattlers Athletics very well all golf season, staying consistent with his performance during the National Championships.
