ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Brook Baker’s stellar play this weekend helped the SAIT Trojans secure ACAC Gold, capping off an incredible fifth year. She was the standout player in every game, consistently stepping up when her team needed her most.

In the Quarter-Final, Brook delivered 27 points, 4 steals, and 1 rebound, earning Player of the Game honors in the Trojans' win over CUE. She followed that up with a remarkable 28 points, 4 steals, and 3 rebounds in the Semi-Final, keeping her team in control and pushing them to the final.

By the time Sunday’s Final arrived, Brook was determined to finish strong. She scored 20 points, with 2 steals, 2 assists, and 2 rebounds, playing a crucial role in securing the championship. Across the weekend, her statline was the most impressive of any Trojan, showing up when it mattered most in the tight games.

Averaging 15 points per game this season, Brook’s leadership, scoring ability, and defensive contributions were instrumental in the Trojans’ success. Her remarkable performances this weekend will go down as one of the highlights of her career.
