SAIT Trojans men’s indoor track runner re-wrote the record book this weekend at the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Indoor Track Championships hosted by MacEwan University this past weekend. Travaglini earned gold medals in the 3,000, 1,500 and 1,000m events, setting new ACAC Championship records in the 3,000 and 1,000, and a new ACAC record in the 1,500. On Saturday, he helped the men’s 4x400m relay team to a gold medal where they also set a new ACAC record. Overall, Travaglini’s stellar performance gave the Trojans men’s team their second-straight ACAC title.
