Wolves Host Keyano for a Weekend Series

Wolves hosted the Keyano Huskies for the last game of the weekend. Wolves looking to even out the weekend at 1-1. Wolves were first to put a point on the board by #6 Kirk Testawitch. Both teams battled at the net and the game was even until 11 points when the Huskies pulled away. Set ended Huskies win 25-15.

2^nd set opens with 3 straight points from the Wolves. Both teams looking to take this set. Huskies get the serve back and 3 points. Kirk Testawitch serves 2 aces to go up 6-3 and Huskies are forced to take a time out. Huskies fight back and go up 10-9. Wolves called a time out and tried to make a come back. Good attempt and come close but ran out of points as the set ends 25-20 Huskies. Huskies up 2-0 heading into the 3^rd set.

The Wolves take the lead by 2 in the 3^rd set. Huskies rally back to 13-9. Wolves don't give up and come within 2 points 13-15. A big block by #9 Thomas Wheeler puts the Wolves within 1. Wolves tie the game at 16. #18 Tyrell Muskego hammers one down to take back the Huskies lead. #6 Kirk Testawitch answers back with a big kill. Wolves take the lead 19-18. It was battle the rest of the game until the set ended 25-22 Huskies. Huskies win 3-0.
