LAC LA BICHE – Christina Steil and Chantelle Kirk each scored twice, leading the Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves to a 4-2 victory over the Portage College Voyageurs Sunday morning at the ACAC Futsal North Regional at the Bold Center. The win was the first for the Wolves at the weekend tournament. Emma Bendera and Brooklyn Haub responded for the Voyageurs, who fell to 0-4 at the tournament. Team records will carry forward to the next regional tournament, to be held at the Bold Center February 2-4. The top three teams from the two regional tournaments will qualify for the ACAC Championships March 8-10 in Lac La Biche.
